  It was a great experience at this place. I’ve dropped off my Tesla 3 for Windshield replacement and the reception was great. When asked about the call back number ( so that I could add it to my phone filters) the Safelite associate took extra care and ensured that I had all possible call back numbers . The service also done under 2.5 hours. Just picked up my car and Will update after few days if there’s any additional info to share. Fortunately Insurance covered me 100% for this replacement

  Windshield replacement was easy to schedule, prompt and calibration was quickly completed. Took car on 10 day vacation and found that auto rain sensor was not working. Rescheduled and got in same day. Repairs were completed quickly as apparently the technician forgot a step during the glass replacement. Personally were courteous, honest and respectful!

  If I could give a zero I WOULD! I had an apt a week ago to get my windshield repaired. I was getting texts up until the day of (so they had my correct phone number) day of I hear nothing at all. I was at work waiting for a call text something. My apt window even went a little after my scheduled shift so I waited even after work thinking they may show up. WRONG! No communication of why they didn’t make the appointment time and within minutes of my appointment window I got a refund for my appointment again with no reason as to why it was cancelled. I called that same day to see why and no one had answers they said they’d call the next day. Of course I received no call next day. I had to call them again two days after and wait on hold forever and still didn’t have an answer. I think if I never reached out they were never going to see why. They finally give me a reason of, they called me and a male answered and told them to cancel. That wouldn’t have happened because I’m the only one around my phone and I have no call log history that they called. They likely dialed the wrong number. On top of that the woman asks if she can reschedule me on her end, I tell her yes. She says she will call next day. AGAIN, never called two days go by. I summarize my issue, ask if they had another appointment for me, it’s the same woman I spoke to last time and she says she doesn’t remember me and she told me to schedule online! She never told me that or I wouldn’t be waiting on her call to schedule!! On top of that never was apologetic, never offered me a discount for my next appointment for all the trouble or anything. A week has gone by and still not fixed. I am very dissapointed with this location and their communication, especially Kelly. I think I’ll have to find another company to fix my windshield! I would consider editing my review if this location remedies my problems, provides a reasonable discount on next appointment, communicates throughout the next appointment, and actually comes to the next appointment window.
