  Safelite techs are great, phone operator for company makes you feel sketchy because they stated to me that I would have to take my car in to get my windshield calibrated, that is NOT the case at all. They do everything right then and there for you and will even do the service at you place of work so you do not have any other inconveniences more than having a broken windshield.

  If your car glass is broken only, just check Safelite. Their price is half than that of auto body shop. Excellent professionalism. Ordered through internet , to come home and repair. the technician called on the day and provided the tentative time to come. Came and fixed cleaned all glass. perfect job.

  We had a good experience with Safelite. It was so convenient to have the windshield replaced at our own home. Our technician, Trinity was professional, friendly and good at communicating when she would arrive, what she had done in replacing the windshield and how to care for the windshield afterwards. We would definitely recommend Safelite and Trinity!

  We have no concerns about the location and the people who work there. However, I have Encova insurance and they have a no deductible policy through safelight on glass. Safelite tried to use after market glass that would not fit correctly on our 2024 VW Tiguan so the calibration process failed. They came to our home (Failed), we took it to the shop (failed), ordered new glass (Failed), took it to the dealership (failed), finally ordered actual glass and the process was completed after almost 2 months. We were offered free windshield wipers for the trouble, which were not installed when we picked it up.

  I schedule an appointment a week and a half in advance entering all the required details for my car for an afternoon appointment and received multiple texts and calls confirming the appointment leading up to the day. Despite this I get a call the day of the appointment that they are unable to service my vehicle because it is earlier than late 90s and when I attempted to return the call- no one could be reached. For a company requiring all repair appointments to go through online it is beyond highly unprofessional: 1) to allow the automated appointment to be made at an alleged date cut off that is communicated no where else 2) to wait until the date of the appointment to inform a potential customer that they are unfit to perform the service. If you’re forcing customers to be unable to reach a contact number but you enable them to make an appointment you intend to revoke day-of this is the highest level of disregard for customer experience. I couldn’t be more angry with this haphazard and lazy support and scheduling structure. Shame on them.
