  I love going to the Valvoline in Lebanon Ohio. One, its corporate so their standards are higher than a franchise. That's the first thing I ask when i go to a new Valvoline if they are corporate or franchise. I will not get serviced at a franchise. The guys at Lebanon are great friendly guys who I can talk to and joke with. I just feel comfortable taking my new truck to them. They'll see me again in 5,000 miles. Thank you.

  Ok oil change. The only complaint I have is that, although I ask for oil and oil filter change only. I had to remind them 3 times to quit trying ti check differentials, air filter box, and tire pressure. I understand they want to upcharge with other services if they find problems. But the customer should always be right. Learn to listen to and follow simple instructions. The vehicle is mine.

  This used to be a good place to go but my last visit ruined it for me. Went on a Sunday and it was slightly busy. Communication amongst the techs was not as good as it normally is and things seemed to be a bit unorganized amongst them. I was turned away for add-on services for what I feel are lame excuses. It was very obvious they just wanted to get my vehicle out of the bay and the next one in. When asking about maintence due based on my odometer the tech stated I could not get a fuel treatment service due to having a K&N intake system installed and they couldn't service my transmission cause it was sealed. Not true as I have an actual dipstick and my truck has also had a trans service done previously at a different VIOC location. Tech also referred my to a different location for a transfer case service quoting an incorrect fluid for my truck and that they didn't carry that fluid here. I even asked him to double check and told him which fluid mine calls for. He still insisted the computer was stating Dex/Merc despite my truck calling for +4 fluid; which is completely different. I'm not sure what has happened since my last visit but I will not be back as I feel I can't trust them at this point.
