- RLRyan Linch3 days ago5.0Good honest people. Took my car in for oil change and rear brakes, noticed the next day that I had a loud grinding noise coming from the rear of the car. Took it back to the shop, they immediately got it in and up on the rack, found their mistake, OWNED UP to it, fixed it free of charge and I was back on the road in 20 minutes.

- BDBetty D.Jun 4, 20261.0I took my vehicle to Tire Discounters in Lebanon, Ohio. I had a small screw in the center of my tire , less than a quarter inch and needed it repaired. Keep in mind these tires had a lot of tread left. The employee at the counter told me it was against State and Federal law to repair a tire if it is six years or older. Then he proceeded to pressure me into buying a new tire. I looked into the State and Federal laws, and not anywhere did I find that to be true. What I did find out, It is not against State and Federal laws. He tried to pressure sale me. However, it may be Tire Discounters own policy, not to work on a tire over six years old. We’ve done business over 10 years with this company. I will not ever do business with them again. Honesty is the best policy. He could’ve just been honest. There is a lot of roadwork going on in this city right now, so just be aware and don’t waste your money.
