  Mike and the guys at Tire Discounters were great! Amazing customer service as well as explained the whole process and answered any questions I had, very well! 10/10 would recommend Lancaster Ohio Tire Discounters!

  Following my review from 7/14/26, I wanted to provide an update regarding our recent experience with the shop. They reached out to us promptly and provided clear and helpful information about why the cost was higher than expected. We appreciate their responsiveness and commitment to resolve our concerns. To make up for the experience they offered to a set cost for the next two oil changes, which we truly appreciate. Thank you for addressing our concerns and working towards a constructive resolution. 7/14/2026Everyone is aware that prices have increased however we were charged $133 for an oil change! We have a 4 cylinder that takes between 4 or 5 quarts of oil…how in the world could that cost $133- they said it was because it was special oil - really! We even bought our tires from them which really did not matter to them! They have lost a customer!

  Saturday at around 2:30pm, I was leaving my sister's house when I walked out to my Jeep and discovered one of my tires was flat. To make matters worse, it started pouring rain. I called Tire Discounters, and the employee who answered said, "If you can get your Jeep to the store, I'll take a look at the tire and see what we can do." By the time I made it there, it was around 3:30 pm. I pulled in, and they got my Jeep in right away-even though it was still pouring rain. Within 15 minutes, the employee came into the waiting area and said, "You're all set. You had a screw in your tire and I plugged it." I asked, "How much do I owe you?" He smiled and said, "Nothing." I couldn't believe it. Then, after pulling my Jeep around, I started to head outside, but he stopped me and said, " Wait, don't come out yet." He grabbed an umbrella and walked me to my Jeep in the pouring rain. What a lifesaver!! Outstanding customer service from start to finish. If you're looking for a place that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond, Tire Discounters is the place to go. Highly recommended!!

  Took advantage of my mother and sister. Took them my sisters car for 2 new front tires. There sales person told them there was a nail that damaging the rear tire beyond repair and that they would need to replace all 4 tires. When we asked to see the old tire that was beyond repair the nail was in the tread(fixable) and not even all the way through the tire......could have been pulled out and it wouldn't have leaked. This isn't even the first time something like this has happened with them! However it only seems to happen when we send lady's in there so pay attention and buyer beware!
