  First experience: I’ve needed to share this for a while. Little late on reviewing these guys. Not sure if manager Dave and the technician/assistant manager Jace are still working at Tire Choice in Lancaster Ohio or not, but these guys not only provided outstanding service but was very efficient and answered any and all concerns I had. Back in November Jace looked at a squeaking belt (new) issue that another garage had installed on my Toyota Yaris not once, or twice, but three different times all within a year. Jace had it diagnosed, fixed and out the door with very minimal labor cost in 5 minutes and it hasn’t squeaked since. Impressive! Second experience: In early March of this year, my wife was in need of 4 new tires, alignment, and an oil change. She got 3 estimates for this work to include Tire Choice. Not only did manager Dave match but he beat those other garages estimates, and he broke it down (price-wise) to my wife so she understood it clearly without all the babbling, double-talk she got from the other two garages. No hidden cost just straightforward. We made the appointment and Jace and another technician did the work. Then at checkout Jace went over each item of service they performed with my wife to ensure it was completed to her satisfaction. Great group of staff with excellent customer service that I have never received from any other garage ever! Thank you, thank you! Evan & Evelyn

  My daughter's car's low pressure light came on and given that we live around a lot of construction, I suspected she'd run over something. I took her SUV to Tire Choice and was greeted promptly and professionally. They took a look right away and found a screw in one of the tires, which they quickly patched for us. The repair charge was very reasonable and the service was great, but again I want to say how professional and friendly the employees were and how well they took care of the problem. I highly recommend Tire Choice Auto.

  Made an alignment appointment over the phone. Got there and they tried to charge me $60 more than quoted price. Got that corrected, but then they went on to disassemble my tie rod and tell me they couldn’t align my truck and said they weren’t the shop for the job? Old guy named David argued with me that my gear steering truck was a rack and pinion. Guy was clueless and rude. Took 5 hours and got my truck back with worse alignment than it had when I brought it in. Told me they weren’t sure it was torqued to spec but let me drive off in it anyway… scary, don’t trust these guys with anything
