  We had a great experience with Enterprise on renting a large SUV for our trip. It was a really nice vehicle and we had no issues at all.

  I recently totaled my car, and found myself in a rental for a few weeks. This enterprise location was phenomenal. Worked seamlessly with insurance, were wonderful for pickup and return. Honestly the best rental car experience I’ve had, despite dealing with the external stress of my totaled car, and having rented cars through a few different companies in many different states. I can’t thank them enough for how much stress they reduced during this situation by working so well with us AND our insurance.

  The best experience EVERY time in Lancaster location! Last year I had a car accident, my car was totaled and I needed a rental. Being from Columbus, only recently relocating to Lancaster, I expected a professional, yet sterile type of experience. WRONG! I met Jeff and his fabulous crew of kind, cheerful staff of professionals and they have changed forever the way I view car rentals and service oriented businesses! Since then, I’ve moved my monthly rental needs(we own a group of small businesses) to the Lancaster location and couldn’t be happier. Jeff and the guys are always happy to see me and treat me like an old friend. Not just when they feel like it, every time. My car is available and clean, ready to go wherever our business takes us, every time. Jeff isn’t just kind and considerate, his level of service is consistent and efficient, very hard to manage both in ANY business. In summary, attitude reflects leadership and under Jeff’s considerate, honest direction, I’ll continue to recommend Lancasters Enterprise location to all of my small business friends in and around Columbus. Superior in every way. Thanks Jeff and thank you to Enterprise for knowing when an employee is more and promoting your best people into positions that truly showcase their natural abilities.
