  The best experience EVERY time in Lancaster location! Last year I had a car accident, my car was totaled and I needed a rental. Being from Columbus, only recently relocating to Lancaster, I expected a professional, yet sterile type of experience. WRONG! I met Jeff and his fabulous crew of kind, cheerful staff of professionals and they have changed forever the way I view car rentals and service oriented businesses! Since then, I’ve moved my monthly rental needs(we own a group of small businesses) to the Lancaster location and couldn’t be happier. Jeff and the guys are always happy to see me and treat me like an old friend. Not just when they feel like it, every time. My car is available and clean, ready to go wherever our business takes us, every time. Jeff isn’t just kind and considerate, his level of service is consistent and efficient, very hard to manage both in ANY business. In summary, attitude reflects leadership and under Jeff’s considerate, honest direction, I’ll continue to recommend Lancasters Enterprise location to all of my small business friends in and around Columbus. Superior in every way. Thanks Jeff and thank you to Enterprise for knowing when an employee is more and promoting your best people into positions that truly showcase their natural abilities.   The Lancaster Ohio Enterprise staff was incredibly helpful with my rental and did an amazing job making sure my vehicle was clean, comfortable and ready to roll. They made sure that the van I rented had the stow-n-go seating which was important for our family with this particular rental. Overall, I highly recommend Enterprise rent-a-car for all my family's rental needs.
