  I normally have a 2.5 star experience at this location but hesitate to leave negative reviews as we all have bad days. This is an exception. I was inside purchasing some in case of emergency supplies for a 1500 mile road trip to move my son to his new job. While I was still inside, an employee came out and started to remove the passenger wiper blade from my son’s car. My son let him know we probably weren’t buying wiper blades and the employee reinstalled the blade, or so we thought. 1,000 miles into our trip we drove into severe thunderstorms. Upon turning the wipers on, the passenger blade flew off of the wiper arm. Not a huge deal. I perform mechanical service on institutional systems and understand things happen. The windshield wasn’t damaged and we rerouted to the nearest Auto Zone, bought a new blade and continued on. I figured we would address it with our local store manager when I returned. Fast forward three weeks.( Yes shame on me for not dealing with it in a timely fashion, but the footage is probably still in their cloud from the camera system. ) I needed to stop in and replace a battery pack that I left with my son. I explained what happened with the wiper blade and asked the manager to address the issue with either a store credit or a partial credit towards the $150 battery pack I was purchasing. Ramiro N. (Name tag says manager?) stated that since I had no proof that the store employee damaged the blade he would not entertain a store credit or discount. I didn’t realize I needed to video your employee improperly removing and incorrectly reinstalling my wiper blade that I never asked to have removed. Congrats. I like to buy older vehicles and perform as much of my repairs as I can. I will never purchase from Auto Zone again and I will share my experience at every opportunity. Save your money and shop at a locally owned parts house that won’t break your car and call you a liar. Win, win, win.

  This is my go-to auto store even though it's out of the way for me. They've always been extremely helpful and honest but today I was blown away by the kindness and integrity of the employee who helped me, a young man named Jack. He tested the battery on our work van and it came up bad. I was set to buy a new one but he decided to check if the battery was still under warranty and it was - by two months. He saved a struggling non-profit about $220 dollars today and then he installed the new one with a level of care usually relegated for one's own personal vehicle. He spoke to me like a human, kind and professional, and in today's world that is a rarity.

  Bought a car battery under 2 year warranty - the battery died and left me stranded 3 times while under warranty. Manager would not honor warranty.

  I had a great experience working with Nalin at AutoZone. Nalin was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, provided clear explanations, and made sure I got the right parts without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly and positive attitude. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend asking for Nalin if you need assistance.
