  This place is not your average used car dealer. We had purchased a car from them about a year ago. I wanted to wait and see how things went before I posted a review. Up front the price was fair and they were very nice and knowledgeable. About 6 months in we had some lights pop up and they resolved the issues immediately. They have an awesome service department we ended up using for our other cars that is fair and more reasonable than our regular mechanic. Recently the car we purchased with them was totaled by the insurance company and they help provide all the paperwork we needed for the claim. We will continue to purchase from them because we trust them. They are a true class act and we feel fortunate to have found Next Step. I am not a family member, employee, or friend with anyone in this company. Just a regular customer who likes a reliable car.

  My husband and I just got our Subaru Ascent from Next Step Auto, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our whole experience. The office was so friendly and efficient, the car was ready for our test drive and was literally cleaned to perfection. The entire team was so nice to us as well, we had our three rambunctious kids with us and the sales team never made us feel like a bother. They were happy to find pictures of the car before it was rebuilt, and answered all of our questions that we had. After buying our car, they even took it to be washed while we had dinner next door. I’ve already recommended Next Step to my friend who is in the market for a new car.

  Had a great experience with this team. They weren’t high pressure, but were attentive. Did a great job explaining the warranty and all the papers I was signing. The car was spotless, kudos to their detailer. Process was easy peasy. Next Step has beautiful cars to choose from, fair pricing too. Highly recommend.

  Check out the one star reviews. I was scheduled to see a vehicle Monday but I don’t know. They going at it with the customers in the 1 star 😭. I had to give 5 stars so Google wouldn’t hide it.
