  Greta experience. But would be nice when a customer gets tire rotation that the mechanics ask if we want our car to be aligned. Now I have to take time out my busy schedule to have my car aligned because my car is shaking now. The customer has to be smarter than the mechanic.

  Professional, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and HONEST. I took my car to Kia and Valvoline, both by Dayton Mall and neither said anything was wrong with my oil ( my oil light was flashing). I took it into this shop and they said oil was like sludge and it needed an oil change. Simple thing easily remedied that the other 2 shops could’ve fixed but didn’t and this could’ve destroyed my car. From now on I’ll make that 45 min drive (or tow!) to this shop because they are 100% worth it. They are very much appreciated for their honesty and kindness.

  Great experience as always. Daryl cracks me up. Very helpful, upbeat employees, they squeeze me in, do a quick and great job. I’m unsure of pricing comparatively.

  Tried to get an alignment on a Saturday. Needed an tie rod before we could proceed. Not in stock until Monday. Fast forward to the next Saturday. Had a buddy replace both tie rods and went to appointment scheduled for noon. Went home to cut the grass. Never heard from them. They close at 4:30 according to the website and Google. Called at 4:10, 4:20 and 4:30. No answer. Closed Sunday. Got car back Monday because my weekend didn't matter I suppose. Tech "forgot" to call, apparently. Not going back.

  I had an 11 AM appointment for oil change and tire rotation. And a 12 o’clock (same day) appointment to fix a door lock. The mechanic forgot to put a new oil filter on and had to lift it back up to change it out. When the oil change was finished, they brought my truck to me. I asked, were they able to look at the door lock, he looked at me very confused. They forgot to do that. So I decided to find someone else for that portion. Seems awfully disorganized there.
