Wheels came back and looked pretty good, had a couple things we wanted cleaned up and tristate picked up the wheels and corrected our concerns at no cost with a decent turn around. I will be using them in the future for wheel repair.

- DGDustin GibbsJul 26, 20261.0Stay away. They do such garbage work here. Paid them to pull wheels off car, refinish them, then put them back on. They gave me back my car with wheels more damaged than before. Was vibrating like crazy and had to drive back 30 minutes to have them rebalance wheels. Also bent my pinch welds on my car underneath. Now they are rusting. Noticed some little scratches on the areas they were working. Nobody has touched car since. Told me 1 cost over phone, then charged me for a hidden fee when i paid because i used card, they didn't tell me about. I demanded a refund and only accepted partial originally trying to be fair, but now that I've seen more damage on my car, I should've asked for all my money back. Screw this place. No idea how their ratings are so high. Probably family and friends.
