- MMMajor MigraineAug 21, 20263.0Took my car in for clutch related issues. Shop got it diagnosed fairly quick and got it tore down to determine exactly what the issue was. Then took another 3 weeks for the clutch to be replaced. Kept encountering issues with it that prevented it from being finished. Then broke my shiftknob that I had in the car. So I had to drive around without a shift kob in the car until I was able to get a new one. Total price ended up being around $100 more then what I was originally quoted to begin with as well. Which isn't much, but got told cash price is lower then card price, and I got quoted card price. So not sure how that works out. Needless to say, the first half of my workings with Brownies was pleasant, free diag, quick beginning work, but after that it just went down hill. Unsure if I will ever take any of my cars back.

They fixed an issue with a CV axle seal that another shop couldn’t fix and most recently dealt with my extended warranty company to get my rear differential replaced. Thanks to them for helping make that a relatively painless experience 😄.
