- KKkat?Sep 30, 20265.0Bell was fantastic! Very thankful for their help today with my oil change and helping me get a new filter. Kind, personable, and knowledgeable! Also shout out to Joseph for all the running he was doing between cars for the store that wasn’t regular to him! Two great assets to the Kent store that helped keep the long lines moving today.
- KMKen MessnerSep 19, 20265.0Always a great experience at this Valvoline location. Bell was great to work with, and the rest of the crew were friendly and professional. They always treat me with respect and take pride in their work. They triple checked the oil level and topped it off to get it into the perfect range. Their attention to detail is why I’ll always come back to this location!
- MHMichael HoSep 5, 20261.0When I showed up, there were like more than four cars in front of me and the employees are way too slow. I would not recommend this location. Jiffy Lube could do even much better and quicker this is ridiculous and staff do not care. All they wanna do is just like chill around be lazy and just make money if that was the boss or operator I would’ve would’ve fired my employees for that.
- JMJ MadAug 31, 20265.0Bell I’m obsessed with you. She is so cute and so sweet and really knows her stuff. Valvoline is my go to now because of her!!!
- KSKimberly SmithAug 18, 20265.0The CRS named Matthew was so helpful! I came in for an oil change and I thought I needed a tire rotation but Matt checked my tire tread and explain to me that I did not need the tire rotation yet. I appreciate that because he was honest and did not try to upsell me on something I didn't need. My car was also having an issue with one of the blinkers, where it would work when headlights were off but it wouldn't work when the headlights were on. Matt checked the headlight and found that there was an issue with the wiring harness. He was able to get my blinker working without replacing anything. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I really appreciated his help.
