- CPChristopher PriceAug 20, 20261.0I'm usually a huge fan of QT. This afternoon, after a hard Day's work in a hot building, sweating all day, I thought it would be great to stop in for a cold fountain drink refill. I'm used to them charging 99 cents for a fountain drink refill. I was charged $1.99 plus tax because the girl charge me for a coffee refill. Only because I have a yeti coffee cup. The contents where Dr pepper. Not coffee. However the girl did not care add to contents was not coffee. See you still charged me for coffee. It might not sound like anything that serious. But charging twice as much for something that is obviously not what I got is outrageous. If I can give that girl a zero I would. QT you got to do better training your employees.
