    If I could give zero stars I would. We had a rental booked for two weeks. The day we were leaving for Florida we were supposed to get the full size suv by noon. It got pushed back to 4;15. Then they called and said they had a vehicle coming but it wouldn’t be until closer to 5. We were already in town at this time so we just stayed there waiting. As time went on they finally decided to tell us nothing was coming and we no longer had a rental for that day. As I said we were leaving for Florida that same day so we were completely without a rental anywhere near us. They had Two weeks to get a vehicle that we requested. Never again will I use enterprise. So unprofessional! Don’t waste your time with this company

    Such friendly service! My rental car was nice and clean. Easy to figure everything out and when I had questions, they were eager to show me how to work something- even showed me how to use the Bluetooth as I was returning it after I casually mentioned that I hadn’t taken the time to figure it out.
