  Fantastic experience! I’ve been coming to this NTB for years because it’s close. I’ve seen several different managers and sales people and most have been barely decent. Eric However their new manager is FANTASTIC! Explains the what and why my car needs and how they will fix it, not just upselling. Now I feel like I have an honest shop to deal with!

  Eric and Vince worked on my car. They gave me a call to make sure everything was ok with my tire . They were personable and greeted me when I arrived. Made a stressful/annoying afternoon as easy as it could have been. Definitely will be doing business with these guys again!

  I am at the store now and they're very helpful.They got my tires in and was even able to move my appointment when I overbooked myself.Thanks a lot to the Darrow road store.

  I have been here many times with many vehicles. They are always great! Ein in particular today was amazing at getting my car looked at, diagnosed, and fixed in under an hour and I did not have an appointment. Prices are great too. You won’t be disappointed!!!

  I recently needed to replace the tires on my Toyota Highlander and decided to shop around before committing to anyone. I checked several places, including a few of the big discount tire chains, and NTB Mavis Tire in Hudson came out on top not just on price, but on the overall experience. The pricing was better than any other competitor for the same tire. The staff was knowledgeable, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need which I really appreciate. They took the time to walk me through my options and made sure I was confident in my decision before moving forward. This isn't my first time using this location, and every visit has been consistent. They clearly take pride in doing the job right. One thing that stands out is their extended hours being able to drop off or get service outside of the typical 9-to-5 window is a huge convenience for anyone with a busy work schedule. If you're in the Hudson area and need tires or any kind of automotive service, I'd strongly recommend giving NTB Mavis a call. They've earned my repeat business, and I wouldn't hesitate to send friends and family their way.
