I want to give a huge thank-you to Jonathan, Sean, and James! I was there on October 2 for an oil change, and they took the time to notify me about a transmission fluid leak. If they hadn’t brought it to my attention, I never would have known. I took my vehicle to the Chevy dealership yesterday, and it turns out the problem is serious enough that my transmission needs to be rebuilt. They also discovered an oil leak that needs to be addressed. I’m so grateful they caught this and made me aware of it. Thank you all so much for looking out for your customers and going above and beyond! It truly means a lot!

We got there right after they opened and we're able to pull right in. The service techs were nice and polite and knowledgeable. We were out in under 20 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

Although most of my experience was good, the guy I dealt with, his customer service wasnt great. I shouldn't have to ask for air in my tires or ask for a receipt. When I asked, he seemed irritated. It was my first visit at that location and I probably won't go back.

They were friendly and confident. I felt like I was in the hands of professionals. They were fast and did everything I needed to be done and offered helpful advice on my car.

This was my second visit at this Valvoline ( Brandt Pike) the guys are very knowledgeable and fast. They told me extras but were not pushy at all.
