  This was my second visit at this Valvoline ( Brandt Pike) the guys are very knowledgeable and fast. They told me extras but were not pushy at all.

  This place had an amazing team doing my oil change ! They listened to what I wanted done. I was very impressed and will look forward to all future oil changes

  I literally left here worried about my car. My oil change service cost 130.00 (rounded up) which I am now looking at YouTube on how to change my own oil. Very pricey!!! The techs that worked on my vehicle made me second guess coming in. As a customer, I should not have to remind you on how to do your job. I had to advise the tech to check my air filter along with other items under the hood. I never had to do this before. They were going to let me pull off without checking everything on their list. They didn’t even try to up sale me, which I was blown away because I usually get at least one extra item that they offer. Needless to say after leaving there and seeing the fluids leaking, I pulled into an oil change place next door and had my vehicle looked at again.
