  I've used Enterprise mainly when I've had extended issues with my car. The ease of rental has been a breeze.

  They charge me 36 dollars for what??? Nobody there to answer yet they can charge me when they aren't open?? I returned their vehicle with same amount of had i rented it with so???????

  They called me Monday to schedule my car rental for Wednesday morning. I show up, no car. The manager, Dimitri, says someone extended it so they didn't have a car for me. He told me to come back at 4 and they should have a car. Well of course they dont have it. This company has wasted 4 days of business and keeps giving me a run around. I feel like Seinfeld, these guys dont undersrand what a reservation is.... and THEY are the ones that initiated and booked it.
