  Camping world is the very LAST place you should buy a camper from! Do not waste your time. They are mostly junk campers that fall apart withing a year and when you want to take it in to get anything thats wrong with it fixed under your warranty, they dont actually do it. They slap a band aid on it thay wont last a week. VERY VERY LAZY and extremely unprofessional. Dont even bother calling the service department cause they dont answer. And dont even bother giving your name and number because they never call you back. They fix other things you didnt ask for without your permission and then charge you for it. I have needed my camper fixed for months and months and they say they still have yet to look at it after I was promised it was going to be looked at the next day. Almost missing camping trips. Absolutely terrible. Zero stars if it was possible

  We bought our RV from Camping World about (Aug 2025 - 11 months ago) and were told it had passed a 100-point inspection. Based on what happened next, I have a hard time believing that inspection was real. Right away the air conditioner would shut off whenever we ran it on the generator. We brought it back three days in a row, and each time they told us it was fixed. It wasn't. We finally took it to Cummins, and within five minutes they diagnosed a bad control board. Five minutes. That's the part that stuck with me. Whatever their techs were doing over those three days, they either couldn't find the problem or weren't really looking. We also had awning issues from the start. They told us that was handled too, but we're still dealing with it. The front chassis AC has had its own problems on top of everything. I'll give them credit where it's due. They did stand behind us and covered the cost of replacing the control board, and I appreciate that. But the bigger issue is trust. Being told something is fixed when it isn't, over and over, makes it hard to believe anything they say. A vehicle this expensive should leave the lot right, and if it doesn't, the repairs should actually fix it. My advice to anyone buying here: get an independent third-party inspection before you close. The dealer has no incentive to find problems on a unit they're trying to sell, and a lot of these issues don't show up until you're actually out on the road. A few hundred dollars up front could save you the headaches we've dealt with. We won't be doing business with them again.

  We are getting ready to purchase a new 5th wheel and know exactly what we want. We know the brand, make, and model. We know what weight we can pull, what price we can afford, we know everything. We decided to drive an hour and a half to check out camping worlds selection of similar inventory to see if maybe we found something that could catch our eye and make us rethink our choice. Thats all. Nothing more. Nothing less. We just wanted to have a casual browse of the inventory. Well good luck with that at camping world. They refused to even let us up in their fort knox area where the inventory is kept without having someone hold our hand the entire time, and on top of that, there wasnt anyone around that would even entertain letting us in. Absolute insanity. This did one thing, made us feel more confident in our purchase at Couches RV Nation in Trenton where we can walk freely through the inventory in peace. They confirmed all of the bad rumors about the place. I couldn't even attempt to imagine trying to have an rv serviced if we cant even look at BUYING one there!!

  We are very FRUSTRATED!! We called a month ahead to get an appointment date to fix a stuck open black tank pull problem. Wouldn't you think we could get our work completed with in a week's time?? We dropped it off, expecting it back within the next week, nothing was done!! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR RV TO EXPECT IT DONE ON TIME!! We live in it and had to drive away with nothing done!! Wish there was a reputable place to get things done!! Oh yes, they charged us $195. Just to open a box with a mattress in it to put it on the bed!! RIDICULOUS!!!

  I literally wasted an hour drive one way for absolutely nothing. I came in there yesterday looking to hopefully find a travel trailer and had seen a couple online I had wanted to check out at this location. It wasn't too busy and I saw sales people just standing around. No one came over to even bother to help when I walked right over to sales. It wasn't until i was in there nearly 30 min that someone asked if they could help. I specifically told the gentleman what I was looking for and the response I got was all the campers pretty much have the same layout just depends on how much I wanted to spend and since covid there are only 2 companies that make parts for all the travel travelers. He then told me to look around and that was the end of the conversation. I wound up not even looking at any travel trailer I had wanted to see or what even would work for us so I left.
