From the very beginning, we felt valued, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. As first-time camper buyers, we had a lot of questions and spent plenty of time exploring nearly the entire inventory, and Matt was incredibly patient every step of the way. His knowledge of campers was outstanding and made us feel confident in our decision. To top it all off, their Finance Manager Kalowa, was absolutely amazing! She treated us like family and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Her professionalism and expertise made the financing process smooth and stress-free. The entire experience was friendly, welcoming, and enjoyable from start to finish. We are beyond happy with our purchase and proud to say we’ll be lifelong customers of Camping World! - DBDenise BeallApr 19, 20261.0Bought a new Keystone Cougar here in March 2025, had to bring in for repair on leaky shower base by June, only used the shower twice. Furnace failed in October, brought in for repair in early December, didn’t hear anything from them until January 9th, 2026, just to tell us they were ordering a part. Never heard back from them. We called multiple times and left messages, calls were never returned. Finally reached them in April 16, 2026 and they said we could pick it up April 18th. When we picked it up, no one did a walk through with us. When we got home, we went inside the camper and found it in complete disrepair- photos attached. Horrible service!!
