  First thing. The csr was very nice. The tech that was giving me directions pulling in were some of the worst hand signals I have ever seen. Beyond what the Navy does on a flight deck. This guy was wild. Then when I was a little confused he coped an attitude like I was supposed to understand what he meant. Clear and basic signals would be my advice. Also 118 for an oil change on a 4 cyl motor is definitely a bit high. Also I would like to add they had to get the owners manual out of the car to know 1. Which filter 2. What oil to use. Management and the CSR were very accommodating however the overall experience was bad. 2 stars due to CSR and Management customer service the rest for lacking in so many ways vs other places I can go locally. I wont be back with this vehicle nor any of the rest. Even techs need basic customer care.
