- JKjeff katzMay 8, 20264.0The agent Tristin is great but he is the only one at this local office. I walked in the store and no one was there. I had to wait 10min before anyone was there. This is not the way to do business. When I called…no answer. This one agent is so busy he can’t even answer the phone. Not his fault. If you go there you might have to wait. It won’t be a quick visit. Not happy with this corporate model.

- JFJessica FletcherMar 7, 20261.0First the car wasn't cleaned or ready then after we went through a whole process signing and waiting on the car doing walk around only to be told that we needed 50 dollar deposit couldn't use a debit card can't use cash has to be a actual bank account only it was a waste of time we needed a vehicle since we lost ours in a accident and the other people's insurance paid for the rental but still told that we had to cover the 50 deposit it was a horrible experience
