- MSMichael and SusanJul 1, 20261.0Rented a van at least two months prior to our family vacation due to needing to travel together because we could only have one vehicle at the resort we were staying at. I received a phone call from Hillsboro Enterprise wanting me to call them and that they were searching diligently to find us a van. I called over six times using two different numbers and there was no answer. One of the numbers I tried was the one on-line number and the other is the number from the message that was left for me on my voicemail. I went to pick up the van and the person said they did not have one and could not find one! We were leaving that same night. We had to drive two separate vehicles and had to work through the parking, which was stressful. Terrible experience. If the website says there is a van, then please have one on-site!

This is not the way to do business. When I called…no answer. This one agent is so busy he can’t even answer the phone. Not his fault. If you go there you might have to wait. It won’t be a quick visit. Not happy with this corporate model.
