  Very high pressure to buy items that were not needed actually removed something from my car that did not need to be removed and for me to get it put back on the way it should be after it was removed to go to the dealership is $350 I'm not paying for that since they took it off

  On my oil change visit, the staff put washer fluid in my coolant bottle by mistake. Then they drained the coolant bottle and refilled it with a different type of coolant than they took out. The staff also spilled excess oil down the front of my engine The next day, I had a fresh puddle of oil leaking on my garage floor.
