  Customer Service was fast and great! Felt the oil change was a little pricey, but if I pay a little more for convenience I guess it justifies the difference. In and out in 20 minutes!

  Ive never left a review before but these guys deserve it. By far the BEST Valv I’ve been to. Sean was extremely welcoming and helpful and the team there was a well oiled machine (pun intended). I was in and out within about 10 minutes, and they didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. No one wants to take time out of their day to get their car serviced, but these boys brought positive vibes made me feel like i was at home. I’m already looking forward to my next oil change in a strange kind of way. Don’t even think twice and go see Sean at this location when you need an oil change, simple as that. Those boys deserve a raise!!

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Valvoline, and especially about Diego. He went absolutely above and beyond to help me. From the moment I arrived, Diego was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was taken care of properly. He took the time to explain what was needed, answered all of my questions, and treated me with a level of care and respect that you simply don’t encounter everywhere. What stood out most was that Diego didn’t just do his job—he truly cared about helping me. He went the extra mile without hesitation and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. Employees like Diego are a tremendous asset to Valvoline. His customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help deserve recognition. I will absolutely return to Valvoline because of the exceptional experience I had with him. Thank you, Diego, for going above and beyond. You are a perfect example of what outstanding customer service should look like!

  Very courteous. I have a hearing problem and the young man (topside) was very kind to speak up without making me feel like a bother when he had to repeat himself. I wish I had paid attention to his name tag but on my receipt it has: Topside Abdi, Bottomside Christopher. Definitely quick and DEFINITELY polite. Very pleased and great experience.
