  I had a busted tire and they helped me really quickly. They got me in and out and scheduled a follow up appointment to fix my other tires later that week. Great communication and service. They helped me faster than my dealership would. The team was very courteous, knowledge and kept my car clean.

  Hit a horrendous pothole & punctured a tire. Dropped my car off last night after they closed, and they fit me in today. Stayed after closing time to make sure my car (Katharine) was perfect before I left. And the Roadside Assistance package I bought before paid off - this tire cost me nothing but the mount & balance. Thank you Miguel & Russ for helping me & dealing with my talkative nature!

  I’ve been coming here for about three years for all of my oil changes and regular maintenance. Joel, Russ, Miguel, and the rest of the team always do a fantastic job, and I get my car back same-day. But what really impresses me is I’ve brought my car in for a few very small repairs, and they didn’t even charge me in those cases. That’s a great way to treat a repeat customer and keep my loyalty. A+ effort from the team!

  I don’t recommend it because of my experience with Tire Discounters at the Hilliard Rome Road and Bethel Road locations was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I first took my truck to the Hilliard Rome Road store for a wheel alignment and A/C repair. I was told I needed additional parts and repairs, and I ended up paying about $3,500. My truck sat there for nearly two weeks because the wrong parts kept getting ordered. When I got it back, neither problem was fixed. After I complained, I was sent to the Bethel Road location and told a more experienced technician could handle it. At Bethel Road, I was charged another $3,500. After those repairs, I picked up my truck and found that the same two issues were still there — the alignment was still off and the A/C still didn’t work. When I called back, I was basically told nothing more could be done. I spent thousands of dollars trusting their recommendations and still ended up with the same unresolved problems. Keeping my truck for weeks, charging me at two different locations, and not fixing the original issues is unacceptable. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
