- MHMardell HalasJun 10, 20261.0Dropped off car early am for oil change(free after previously using them for a service) after being told it would be done by the end of the day, called again mid day to check on progress and again was told it would be done end of day as it was only a couple cars away from being serviced and was told I’d receive a call when done… end of the day comes and never received a call nor did they touch the car(after ubering to check on it). And now I have to wait til morning to even get my keys back if they still aren’t going to do anything with it.

Apparently, even though I printed out the appt info and costs for 4 new tires, they had no record. Thankfully, they had my tires in stock and I was able to set up the appointment again. They were very friendly and did a great job.
