  Worst experience ever! We reserved a large SUV for a trip 3 months in advance and on our way to pick it up the lady called to tell us she didn’t have a car for us! My husband was upset obviously and questioned why they didn’t have a car for us.. lady said she’s been working on it for a week but never said anything to us! They had a smaller car but wouldn’t hold 7-8 people so we said no. The couple we were traveling with ended up driving their car since we couldn’t get a bigger rental. We we went back to get the smaller car since that was the only thing available they told us it was no longer an option and refused to rent to us. We were the second customer being told there was not a car available. My car was in the shop so we had to drive a dealership loaner car out of state instead!! The original manager left and was amazing but new manager and new employees… terrible customer service and will go elsewhere to rent next time.

  Hilliard Ohio office always provides excellent service to fulfill my rental requirements even on short notice. Very professional and courteous staff goes above and beyond every time!

  Understaffed and lacking any cares whatsoever. They messed up the rental and didn't work to fix it until I got my insurance involved. I would recommend going elsewhere. Especially when they don't even pick you up like they advertise.

  I had a reservation booked for a rental on 5/30/2026. Representative called on 5/29/2026 @ 420pm and stated they did not have any rentals available. Why wait until the last minute to call? They left me with no time to try to reschedule with other rental company. Beware reservations with this company do not guarantee you a rental. They can cancel you at the last minute and force you to scramble to find another company to rent from. Very unprofessional.

  I rented an elite vehicle and was promised a clean well maintained vehicle. The car i received was dirty and the windshield wipers were so bad I had to replace them. I was told I would be reimbursed for the wipers. I was not. The car was also over 10000 miles overdue for an oil change according to both the sticker and on board computer. This cost me more in gas mileage and the car did not run well at all. I am not happy with my experience at enterprise. The staff were more concerned with this review than actually solving my problem.
