- MRMike RiordanJun 17, 20265.0Dropped my truck off for an a/c repair (compressor seized) they gave me a reasonable quote for replacing almost everything (typical with that type of failure) had it done the next day even though I knew they where busy. Great service great staff. Wasn’t grease and smudges all over. I definitely recommend them. If I wasn’t out of state I would be a customer for life. Thank you
- ADAlankara dasJun 3, 20261.0What should have been a simple service appointment turned into one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I've ever had. When I called ahead, I was told I could either drop the car off or schedule an appointment for it to be looked at. I chose to schedule an appointment and arrived on time. Once there, I was suddenly told to leave the car and find my own ride home. All I said was, "I wish I had known that beforehand so I could have arranged transportation." Apparently that simple and reasonable comment was enough to set off the person at the front desk. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, he became argumentative, rude, and ultimately told me to leave the shop. If this is how paying customers are treated for asking a basic question, I can only imagine how employees are treated behind the scenes. Professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy seem to be completely absent here. I've dealt with many repair shops over the years and have never experienced anything remotely this disrespectful. I wouldn't trust a business that can't even handle a normal customer conversation without turning it into a confrontation.
