- EWEdie Wolford5 days ago1.0I stopped at the New Albany location on5/11 for an oil change & tire rotation, got a low tire alert the next day, stopped at the Newark Ohio location, they topped my tires all to 35. Drove more that 30 miles, still on, stopped back at New Albany location, told him everything, told him I was leaving on a 6 hour drive in the morning, asked if he could at least check my tires, he said, we closed at 7, it was 7:13, garbage door was still up and the guys met me as I pulled up, he suggested I drive to a location 30 min away to have them check. He said nope, sorry! I normally go the the Newark location, I know those guys would’ve taken 2 min to check them for me, I will never go back to the New Albany location, they just don’t care! I understand they were closed but door was up and they were standing around chit chatting, sometimes it’s just about helping someone out🤷♀️
