First I had been there a good 30 minutes when I finally ask if there was an issue? The response was no but then proceeded to tell me they didn't know to take my splash gard off the bottom of my car, that they were having trouble figuring out the bolts.This has never been a issue in the past. Normally someone would check fluids, air pressure in my tires, battery ect. None of this was done. I finally asked if they still check tire pressure and he said yes. Then they had me check out and pay my bill. I did ask again and they checked my tire pressure. The biggest problem with all of it was they didn't bother to put the bolts back in on my splash gard so when I was driving home it came off in the middle of the road! Then to find out the "bolts" they were having so many issues with was actually hex screws and very simple to remove.
