After the online system let me book a same-day reservation to repair a leaking tire, Justin called to encourage me to come in asap so they could squeeze my job in at their earliest opportunity. Dropped the car off so we could get some errands done while they worked on the tire. When we returned to pick up the car, Bristen saw my husband pull into the lot and walked out to meet us, hand me my keys, and tell me there was no charge. Highly recommend!!

Got there at 8:05, they said they could fix it but I would be there until 1:00. Was very disappointed that I am a repeat customer and they were very indifferent to my situation. Called Midas and they worked me right in, fixed my tire and had me back on the road in 30 minutes.
