  Could not have a better experience with Jae’s than I had with the driver, James..words will not to justice to what he was able to do after first being unable to turn around at the peak of my driveway, he backed down the narrow, steep, 350 yard driveway with a huge drop off. Then he backed back up the driveway to retrieve the car, which was even more challenging. We have many delivery trucks that refuse to drive up the driveway because of the challenge. Could not be happier. I highly recommend Jae’s and if you get a chance, ask for James!

  Fast and courteous service. Corey was awesome! Was very careful loading, hauling and unloading our corvette. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Got our car to the tire place and even dropped us off in town so we could have lunch while we waited. I would definitely recommend Jae’s towing and say hi to Corey for us!!

  I went through AAA for towing services due to an alternator that went out while I was in my way home and Mike arrived promptly. He was courteous and friendly, and he very quickly had my car loaded and ready to go. He was very flexible when plans for the drop-off location changed and he called me to confirm that my car was delivered safely to our mechanic's garage. I had the windows down on the car and, since the alternator was bad, I didn't get a chance to close them before it was towed. Mike hooked up a battery and closed my windows for me at the mechanic's shop. He was so thoughtful and very thorough. I had my 15 year old daughter with me and I was grateful for her sake that we had such a great experience. Thank you, Mike!

  My wife recently had a major tire blowout early evening on a rural country road and Blake from Jae’s Towing did a terrific job helping her out. My wife called AAA because we have a membership that includes towing but I called Jae’s because I’ve had such a great experience with them in the past. AAA told my wife it would be an hour to an hour and a half for a truck to arrive but Blake from Jae’s arrived in less than 30 minutes. Jae’s also sent us 2 text messages letting us know where the driver was in-route and when he expected to reach us — the updates were very much appreciated! Blake was great to work with. He was professional, courteous, and extremely competent. Blake had all the equipment he needed and worked quickly and efficiently. Because my wife’s blowout occurred around sunset, I was worried we might lose daylight and be stuck on the side of a rural country road (with poor visibility) in the dark. Because Blake arrived quickly and work so efficiently, my wife had a spare tire on and was ready to go while there still daylight. I’ve used Jae’s before and have always had a great experience with them. They’ve always arrived very quickly and everyone from Jae’s who has helped us has been terrific to work with. Jae’s prices have always been competitive and their service has always been outstanding.

  Had an excellent experience today with our service guy. We actually were responding to our daughter's broke down vehicle and then found that we also had gotten a flat as we arrived. Our truck was dispatched and our tire was repaired quickly and we were able to get back on the road and our daughter's car was then towed to our house. Communication was excellent with updates by text message and once again are service responder was very knowledgeable and professional
