Ended up with a flat tire, went to tire discounter for repair. My car was missing the key for my tire locks. They didn’t have the tire lock key either. Referred me to Howland Autohaus. They were able to get me fixed up! Really friendly and helpful staff. I will be back!

Took my 1985 Mercedes Benz sl380 to the guys at howland autohaus. They were highly recommended by mechanics in my area (Worthington Ohio). So made the drive to Johnstown! They were kind, professional and reasonably priced. Did not feel cheated out of a dime! My car is running better than ever and will continue to use them in the future! Thanks guys! I've had these guys work on 3 different Audi's and a VW and can't say enough good things about them. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust - especially with more expensive to maintain German cars. I'm much happier driving my Audi's knowing that Howland is available. Their experience with German cars is invaluable in assessing the problem and getting jobs done right the first time.
