  The older man working last night was so incredibly rude to my fiancé and I. He kept saying “I don’t care” when my fiancé answered questions the man asked him… After looking up some car parts for my car on the computer, he goes “how much will you actually get to drive it anyway?” Excuse me?! We get outside to work on my car, and realize we forgot to purchase a battery after being in complete utter shock from the disrespect. My finance went up to the door at 8:58pm, it was locked and the man said “we’re closed” once a customer walked out. I can’t believe he just left us to possibly be stranded in freezing temperatures. The store does not close until 9pm. TERRIBLE customer service. This man hates his job and it’s showing. I do not recommend this place to anyone after our experience.

  I just picked up 2 pair of great windshield wipers (Bosch Icons) & buying just one pair qualifies for $10.00 rebate, so hoping to a get $20.00 rebate. The manager & staff helped me indentify a problem I may have in the arms that hold the wiper blades that are possibly causing the blades to not apply enough pressure on the windshield, along with a simple solution. Just add spring assists at a low cost that are available from AutoZone. Splendid !
