  Perry at Hartville Mr. Tire once again has made the dreaded issue of an older car having acceleration issues and easy and extremely timely experience. I was able to drop off my Honda at 3:50 a recent afternoon, and Perry was quite efficient at diagnosing, communicating the issue, acquiring parts, fixing the problem and having my vehicle running to standards by early the next morning. EXCELLENT service. Thank you Perry and Mr. Tire

  The service at Mr. Tire was excellent. They did what I needed in a very timely manner and I am very satisfied with their service. I will more than likely be returning.

  This place is amazing. I hade 2 tires that each needed a plug. i walked right in with no appointment or nothing, they immediately got my car in and got it done within a hour. They were so nice and fast absolutely so happy. Price was great to. Thank you guys so much.

  They broke my tire sensor. Gave the car back to me with a light on the dash and told me it would go off after so many miles, which was a lie. When I brought it back for them to fix they installed an aftermarket one that did not work. I ended up needing Toyota to fix it for $400. I argued back and forth with corporate for many months and they never reimbursed me like they said they would. Terrible, do not go

  The staff was so quick to help out and explained to me exactly what was wrong and how it could be fixed. I was a walk- in , no appointment and I was in and out of there within an hour. Your manager on duty was courteous and do patient with all my questions. Amazing business. I highly recommend.
