  Honestly the worst location of Tire Discounters and gives a terrible reputation to the company. Long wait times for the simplest tasks, terrible communication with the customers, and appointments simply mean nothing. Made an appointment for 11:30am for a tire rotation and waited over 7 hours to get it completed only for them to still not have it done by closing time at 6pm! Zero updates given and I had to call them at 5pm only for them to tell me that they haven’t started on my vehicle. The lady at the front desk even asked me if I wanted to make another appointment for a different day even after already waiting for hours already. Better off spending the extra money to go to a different location or even a complete other business than to go to Tire Discounters store #56

  One of the WORST experiences ever! Made a appointment previous day at 10 a.m. to simply plug a tire! Very busy and was informed by a very obnoxious, loud counter person a appointment simply meant they would get to it when they could? It was taken in soon after but first thing I see is the tech investigating the WRONG tire! I got their attention! Then they call me back to garage! Can't plug it? Too close to the edge! 2 inches in!! I call BS! Told them I've plugged many in my life closer than that! The response was oh well! Their on board with all other tire people! Only want to sell you overpriced tires instead of fixing them! What a scam!Because of the holiday our independent garage was closed! They may have had the same answer bout i doubt it! Was well into the flat area! Nothing good to say about tire discounters at all! At least not this time!

  TD in Harrison is fantastic! I s/w Eddy at 5 pm. Even though they closed at 6 he still worked my car in w/a full board of other vehicles before mine! We got thereto p/u my car and the charge was waived for us! I had a nail in my tire causing a slow leak. I have used TD on Colerain/275 as well and dealt w/Dallas. That was equally as fantastic an experience! These two gentlemen are top notch in customer service satisfaction! I will absolutely continue to recommend TD to everyone!! Thank you both for being genuinely good, kind people!

  I've been bringing them cars for over 10 years, and they've always been honest on pricing and timeliness for the work. The current techs Dustin and Shannon are quite knowledgeable and if there's anything that stumps me I know they'll handle it. Edit: I went in to havr a torn boot billow replaced, it sat in the parking for 4 hours and when they got it done it had turned out all they did was an alignment. When I asked about it they gave me a run around about inner tie rods not needing a boot, this location is clearly over booked and understaffed and I will not be bringing any more work to this company again.

  After the mind-scrambling week I had, the good news I received on my recent trip here was just what I needed. I ended up with a flat while running errands Saturday. Brought my car in first thing today (Monday morning) with the hopes of a simple tire patch. When I walked through the door asking if they had room for a limp-in, Dustin (from store 56? 57? I should have wrote it down) assured me "We'll make room, what do you need?" When we first looked over my tire, we were afraid there would be too much run-flat damage and I might need to buy a pair of tires, but luckily that wasn't the case and Dustin and crew had me patched up and on the road within the hour. I couldn't have asked for a better visit!
