  Renting a car from the Harrison location was very easy. Customer service was great from picking up the car to returning it. No complaints.

  We did not receive our rental truck, although booked over a week prior. In order to haul our child to college with all of his belongings and motorcycle, we rented a one-way truck from Harrison OH to FL. We received a phone call 2 hours prior to our scheduled pick up that our scheduled truck was as not available but they were calling around to get one. I attempted to call an hour before our scheduled pick up to confirm they had in fact received a truck, but 3 phone calls later which was approx 48 min wait time, I was hung up on, so we decided to attempt our pick up. However there was no vehicle at the location. We were told the Lawrenceburg and CVG locations both had a truck and to see if we could get one of those. When I inquired about having it driven to our original location for pick up I was told they closed at 5:00. We then proceeded to drive to both locations of which a truck was not available at either due to a lot of move in dates - hello! That is why I pre-booked a truck! After every location I called the corporate office and was told a district or regional manager would be contacting me. After driving to multiple locations on a wild goose chase for a truck, talking with corporate 4 times and speaking with Enterprise 3 locations, I have yet to hear from anyone and still have no truck. We will now miss the non-refundable return flight home and still have no truck to drive our kid to college. Do not book with Enterprise! They are not trustworthy with having a vehicle like advertised and are incompetent when a problem arises.

  Josh and Emma did a great job with my pick up and drop off. Although they were busy, the still found time to handle the customers in a timely manner. They represent Enterprise in a way that all businesses should be run. A great experience! Thank you guys! Vince

  Josh was very kind and courteous. This was my first time renting a car. He took the time to explain everything to me. The car was very clean and was a newer model. Should I ever need to I’ll definitely be renting from here again!

  Great Service, Nice and clean vehicles. Due to some shortage of vehicles Josh went above and beyond getting a vehicle that was suitable for our vacation. Sandy was awesome and was able to provide me with a ride home after drop off. We highly recommend this Enterprise Branch. Thank you Josh and Sandy.
