  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to specifically recognize Ralph Taylor for the help he gave me today. I purchased my battery from AutoZone in April of last year, and it was still under warranty. After recently having my truck checked at the Chevy dealership, I was told the battery was completely dead and needed to be replaced. When I came into AutoZone, a young lady was very helpful and walked outside with me to look at the battery. She then asked Ralph to come out and take a look as well. Ralph immediately said he would be able to help me and went back inside to check on getting the warranty replacement taken care of. Unfortunately, another employee made me feel like my situation was an inconvenience and that helping me was a waste of his time. Ralph was the complete opposite. At one point, Ralph told me that if he couldn’t figure something out, we would figure it out together. That simple statement told me everything I needed to know about the kind of customer service he provides. He wasn’t looking for a reason why he couldn’t help—he was looking for a way to help. Ralph was patient, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, including installing my replacement battery. I had already had a pretty rough start to my day dealing with vehicle issues, and Ralph genuinely helped turn my day around. Sometimes a little kindness and good customer service mean more than people realize, and today was definitely one of those days. When I return to this AutoZone, Ralph will be the person I ask for. Thank you, Ralph, for treating me like a customer who actually mattered, for being willing to figure it out with me, and for making a rough day a whole lot better. You are truly appreciated! My 2022 Chevy Silverado is back on the road 🙌🏼.
