  I had an outstanding experience at my local Valvoline. The team here is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer care. They walked me through everything clearly, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and made sure I understood all my options — including some solid, reasonable up‑charges that actually made sense for my vehicle. The service was quick, professional, and very customer‑focused. The manager in particular went above and beyond, answering all my questions and making sure I felt taken care of from start to finish. It’s great having a place like this in the community — reliable, personable, and always delivering great service. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for trustworthy and efficient car care.

  I hope this is a Franchise that is not part of the local Valvoline sites I've been taking 3 vehicles to for more than 15 years. (Today is May 1st, and your employee scanned my car, so you can check my service history). (Yes, I did leave childishly.) As convenient as this new store is, I will not return. Yes, this is like Chicago 16" softball, you get one pitch. You either get a hit or you're out. In this case you're out. I got in line to have my oil changed during my lunch break. An employee came out to scan my door tag. The car in line in the other lane was admitted as expected. Then another car pulled in line in the other lane and 15 or so minutes later was also admitted. During that 15 minutes, I didn't have anything other to do but watch the work happening on the truck in the bay ahead of me. Spoiler Alert: There was no work being done on the truck in the bay ahead of me. An employee left the garage to head to his lunch break and I asked him how much longer the truck in front of me would take and his response was: "They're changing the headlights right now." No they weren't. I can see that nobody has been working on the truck for the last 10-15 minutes while I wait in a dead lane and other customers are led to the front of the line while the employees wait for new headlight bulbs to be delivered. Anyway, lunch break over. No service on my car while others are put ahead of me in queue. 'Headlights' on the truck in front of me was either a poor fabrication or a tragic waste of my time and your space while we all wait for bulbs to be delivered. I could have laid in your parking lot and changed my oil faster. In the future I will drive the extra to go to my regular Valvoline. I will not return here.

  Went in for oil change,they said my antifreeze was old Paid for something they didn't change, and didn't top off took green antifreeze out on the machine, we watched put green antifreeze in, checked fluid today it's pink and low they didn't change are fluid at all scammed
