  I bought my car I November 2025. When I bought the car I knew the front tires needed replaced. Also when applying break the car was shaking. So I took the car here and Advised them that I needed new tires and I needed to see why the car was shaking. Now we are in 8/2026 and All my breaks are bad. I changed the front first. Omg the shaking stopped. I need the back changed also. But Why didn't this place not do its job. I and disabled, no help getting back fixed and I feel this place don't care if you crash and die.

  DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I came in needing my spare tire taken off and my original tire to be patched. They did it no problem. I leave and three days later I open my trunk to a part of my trunk taken out and not put back in. I didn’t notice earlier because I don’t use my trunk everyday. I go back to ask them asking where it is and they were extremely unprofessional and rude about it. They were trying to blame triple a as if I didn’t stand there the 10 minutes they replaced my tire with the spare, and watched my trunk get closed. They claimed they didn’t have access to the cameras and I’d have to wait a bit for someone to get back to me. Well they finally did just for me to get ghosted all over again. It’s been at least a month now of me trying to get ahold of someone trying to figure out what happened to the piece. I guess I just have to order a new one for $250+. I will never come back to this business and will tell everyone to tell everyone to avoid it. In the photo you can see where the stroller is lower than it should be, and the piece went over those two side panels. Extremely upsetting when you spend so much money on a nice car for parts out of it to get stolen.

  The only reason I didn't give the place 5 star was because I think there was a slight misunderstanding with weather or not I needed tires on my car when the person who checked me in did their walk around. (I didn't, I think the person at the desk was trying to get tire sale in.) Long story short, I went to Discount Tire down the road and they tried to fool my with a Toe and Go alignment on my Miata. I came down the road to Tire Discounters and Mike here at Tire Discounter got me sorted! He had my Miata done in less time with me showing up as a same day walk in than Discount Tire was able to with an appointment! and they didn't even do the alignment correctly! 10/10 I will be back again, Mike and the TD crew stand behind their work and said they would warranty that alignment for 1yr if I recall correctly! Discount Tire wouldn't even do 90 days since "It wasn't to factory specs, we can't warranty the work." Mike, You're a legend and a rare find, don't change brother!

  The folks at this store done an amazing job. My mechanic (Mike) was very thorough and done an outstanding job with my service. Cody was awesome as well…taught me things I didn’t know on an abs system. Folks…if you want quality work done and at a great price visit these guys!!!

  Even when they know they screwed up, they're not wiling to try to correct, other than saying they will reach out to the regional manager, but said they doubt anything would be done. But more than happy to charge again to fix the situation. Speaks volumes.
