  Tire Discounters in Hamilton replaced my tire sensors quickly and at an excellent price, much less than my dealer quote. Also answered all my questions about future tire needs. I will be back!

  From my experience this is the WORST Tire discounters in the universe. My experience goes like this…. I went online and ordered 4 tires, an alignment and oil change. The Day of my appointment I got a message from Dusty. He said even though the tires said in stock they were not. He said to call back the next day at noon. When I called he said my tires should be there within the hour. Fast forward to 4:30 pm I called and asked Dusty if my tires were there he said “ oh yeah they are here I forgot to call. So he had to reschedule me again until the next day. I dropped my car off with Dusty at 10 am he said he would call after all my services were performed. Fast forward to 3 pm I called and he said “ yeah your car has been ready I forgot to call????” ( this guy forgets a lot) so when I get there Dusty informed me they didn’t have time to perform my oil change because scheduling. He gave me a coupon for an oil change. I scheduled an oil change and I was called yet again the morning of to be told the time was not available. I did not reschedule at that time. Then yesterday I scheduled a oil change for 10 am. Like clock work, Dusty called to tell me they couldn’t do an oil change again and needed to reschedule. When I called back the phone was answered by a employee named Earl. He informed me that they didn’t have time to do an oil change for me today. Also said “it’s a holiday weekend so it may be another week.” At this point I did get frustrated. I recalled to Earl every time I had made appointments and the morning of I get a call to reschedule. And how when I ordered tires and had to continuously call because Dusty forgot. At this point he got frustrated and said “I can get ya in next Tuesday (5 days from now) but you have to be here at 1:00. I said “well if that’s all you have I guess I have no choice. I’ll see you Tuesday” I hung up the phone out of frustration. 2 mins later I have 2 missed calls and a Incoming call from tire discounters. When I picked up Dusty was on the phone and he said and I quote “IS THIS DAVID?” I said “yes” he said” I heard you hung up on one of my guys….. what’s your problem” uhhhhhh this was so u professional to call a customer trying to start conflict. And I said exactly that to him. He said “who are you to think you can book a appointment at 8 am on a holiday weekend and we can just get you in?” I said I booked my appointment yesterday at 1 I have an email. He said “ if u need it done so bad you can drop it off and pick it up at close, we will try to squeeze it in” I work I can’t drop my car off at 10 am and come back at 7 pm on a hope. Then he followed it up with “if you didn’t know there are other tire discounters” treating me as if I’m stupid. I told him he was being unprofessional multiple times. He agreed that he probably shouldn’t have called me back but refused to agree it was for conflict. Just don’t understand how his boss would feel to know he is repetitively calling someone until he gets an answer to confront them. Bottom line I would never return. I have been trying to get a oil change I paid for 14 days ago done on my car still. This guy is a lot fuse and needs to be retrained on scheduling, not forgetting, and just on how to treat customers who just paid you $1000 and have not received all the services that have been paid in full.
