  Mr. Auto is 100% reliable. I had a flat tire and damaged wheels, and they not only gave me two tires and wheels for the price of one, they also travelled long distance to get the right wheels for me. I left with my car the same day, which I didn’t really expect. Edit: although my initial 5-star review remains valid, I’m editing the review because my TPMS light has been on ever since the tire change. I asked the technician and he said it would clear after I drive it for a while. It’s been more than a month, but it’s still there, keeping me a state where I don’t know if it’s a problem or not.

  I typically purchase tires and have them shipped to a shop for installation. The new manager wasn’t happy that I had purchased my tires through simple tire.com and had them shipped there. I’ve done this multiple times with the previous manager and also at the other store in Fairfield. I’ve always been happy until now. I believe for whatever reason my tires was not properly installed and after 4 flat tires on the passenger side front in two days time that I couldn’t find any puncture holes, I took it to tire discounters in Hamilton. I was shown that one tire in the rear was installed backwards they are directional tires and that the front passenger side tires valve stem had been loosened to leak out air. All they had to do was tighten it up and no more leaks. They also corrected the miss installed tire at no cost. I’ll never go back to the Hamilton Mr.Tire again under this management.
