With only 5 minutes left before the rental car return deadline, you took the car back because your employees didn’t have a vehicle to drive. I appreciate the inconvenience and the time I lost because of this situation.

Great service and communication from Jaylen Lemons! Jaylen was very professional with his skills. He treated me with the upmost respect, asked me if I had any questions or concerns about the rental. Processed me quickly and I was out in less than 15-20 minutes. There were only 1 or 2 customers inside and about 2 or 3 employees. Vehicle was clean inside and out. Had some minor dings that I addressed on the paperwork. Half tank of gas and was told to return the vehicle with a half tank.

Guess what no vehicle, not the one I reserved, or an alternative. Now mind you I was leaving this day on vacation with three (3) other people, depending on me for transportation. What was really upsetting is the staff didn't really care. They offered no answers, guarantees of another enterprise dealer having a vehicle or even calling to find another SUV, absolutely no help whatsoever! This whole thing with enterprise was a joke. The booking process, which lied about have an available SUV or an alternative, the staff who didn't care and a non-existent customer service. NEVER AGAIN! How do you folks stay in business?
