  In a world that’s not so nice today I had an amazing experience today thanks to Tyler, Dan, and the young lady who helped me. My car was having starting issues, and they took the time to test my battery, explain exactly what was going on, and help me choose the right replacement instead of rushing me into a purchase. They were patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without making me feel overwhelmed. They also installed the new battery for me and made sure everything was working properly before I left. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and I truly appreciate the care they showed. Thank you, Tyler, Dan, and the entire team for taking such great care of me. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this AutoZone to my family and friends! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Customer associate Ben at store #2998 was courteous and also took the time to check the inventory of the specific product, not only at Autozone but at other competitor places. I did end up purchasing from Autozone.

  Paul was our hero, he was so kind and helped us replace my battery, and made sure I knew everything I needed to about my warranty. I was close to tears when I was coming in, and he took such great care of me. I can’t recommend this store more

  We had the back two tires on our Silverado 3500 pickup truck blow off, including the lug nuts, while towing a pontoon. We called Autozone (Store #704) and spoke with Emely. She let us know that there was an Autozone (Store #2998) closer to where we were and gave us the phone number. We spoke with Jordyn and she said that Emely had already called her and she had a few of the lug nuts we needed. She made sure to have them delivered to us. These two ladies went above and beyond to help us get what we needed so we could get back on the road. I cannot thank them enough as they made a very stressful situation as little easier. Highly recommend both of these stores. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Emely & Jordyn!!!
