Paul was our hero, he was so kind and helped us replace my battery, and made sure I knew everything I needed to about my warranty. I was close to tears when I was coming in, and he took such great care of me. I can’t recommend this store more

We had the back two tires on our Silverado 3500 pickup truck blow off, including the lug nuts, while towing a pontoon. We called Autozone (Store #704) and spoke with Emely. She let us know that there was an Autozone (Store #2998) closer to where we were and gave us the phone number. We spoke with Jordyn and she said that Emely had already called her and she had a few of the lug nuts we needed. She made sure to have them delivered to us. These two ladies went above and beyond to help us get what we needed so we could get back on the road. I cannot thank them enough as they made a very stressful situation as little easier. Highly recommend both of these stores. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Emely & Jordyn!!!

Customer service non existent.The manager told me she”didn’t have time” to check my engine stick, couldn’t use the device to identify what maintenance my car may need..was very dismissive. David the other employee on duty ended up helping me briefly..I felt like I was a nuisance to both employees. If I didn’t desperately need oil to my engine I would have chanced going to another location.

For Jordan. She helped me get a big dent out of my water bottle. She was very kind and helped me for almost 25 minutes. Would definitely come back to get stuff for my car and maybe if I need help getting a dent out of a water bottle again. Very kind ❤️

Horrible customer service. Dude was good til he saw it was me and my fiancée (both women) weird vibes, don’t care if he’s a supporter but care how we’re treated. He can keep it in his personal life not his work life.
