  DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Junk cars!!! I bought a Malibu here 10 years ago. I just received an email from them today to give them a rating so I'm doing it. The car was junk, died on me after only a couple of months.(engine or transmission... dont remember) I asked them to work with me on the payments while I made the expensive fixes. They not only refused to work with me, but threatened to go after me if returned the car. Yeah, maybe most buyers will get an ok car from them, but don't take the chance of being that one person who will end up with a junk car from this dealership. My absolute worst experience with a car dealership.

  I had the pleasure of working with Dana and let me tell you, everything I knew about car salespeople were immediately out the window. Dana was down to earth and broke down financial terms that weren't gimmicky or misleading. I drove off with an excellent car with less than 60k miles with payments that work with my financial needs. So glad I stumbled upon Auto Express and if you're in need of a car with reasonable rates and friendly staff like Dana, well look no further!

  These people are an absolute joke. They prey on people with bad or limited credit because they know most of their customers don’t have many other options. They’ll advertise a vehicle with ”$3,500 down,” then suddenly tell you that you need double that amount “because of your income”—which makes absolutely no sense when you earn more than enough to afford the monthly payment. Then they sell you a vehicle with multiple issues that should have been repaired before it ever hit the lot, and their so-called “warranty” is practically worthless because it doesn’t even cover problems that never should’ve existed in the first place. The rules also seem to change depending on who you are. Some customers can fall behind on payments with no problem, but I was technically three DAYS behind because of a holiday after I had already made an honored payment commitment. The moment I mentioned I was filing bankruptcy because my wages were being garnished, my vehicle was repossessed the very next day. In just five months, I paid nearly $13,000 directly to them, not including taxes and title. The same vehicle sells on a regular dealership lot for around $15,000, yet they had me financing it for roughly $28,000. After taking the vehicle back, they still claimed I owed almost $24,000. Do the math… that’s well over $34,000 for a 2016 THAT BARELY RAN LOL This place is nothing but a circus. Their business practices are shady, their pricing is outrageous, and their customer service disappears the second they have your money. If you value your hard-earned paycheck and your peace of mind, stay far away from this place. There are plenty of dealerships that will treat you with honesty and respect—this isn’t one of them. Erica was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my experience. When I asked why no one called me after my payment commitment had been noted and accepted, I was told those were “courtesy calls” and that they didn’t have to call me if they didn’t want to because they could repossess the vehicle at any time. When I asked to speak with someone above her, I was told she was the only manager, that there was no one else besides the owner, and that the owner doesn’t deal with customers because he doesn’t have to. Sheena was also consistently difficult to deal with and had an attitude every time I spoke with her. From the pricing, to the way I was treated, to how this entire situation was handled, I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. I intend to pursue every legal remedy available to me and let the facts speak for themselves. Actions have consequences, and I’ll allow the appropriate process to determine what happens next.
