  Auto express is the best car place I've ever been too. I just got my third car through them and they worked with me on everything. Dana was exceptional and was very patient with me and my kids. I've been dealing with them for years now and the service is always exceptional. 10/10

  Yesterday I visited Auto Express of Hamilton, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from the moment I walked in.Instead of asking what I was looking for or answering any questions, the employee immediately handed me an application to complete before I could even test drive a vehicle. I asked why I needed to fill out an application just to test drive a car because I have never had to do that at any other dealership. Her response was, “They’re going to need your Social Security number when you buy the car.” That explanation did not answer my question about why the application was required before a test drive, and it left me confused. Another comment that really confused and concerned me was when I explained that my parents were planning to purchase a vehicle for me. The employee responded by saying that would be a “red flag” and that the car would somehow be “higher” because they were buying it for me. That statement made no sense to me. Parents help their children purchase vehicles every day, so I didn’t understand why that would be considered a problem or why it would affect the price.Overall, the interaction came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. What makes this even more disappointing is that I had been speaking with Donna for the past two days, and she was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone. Because of those conversations, I expected a welcoming experience when I arrived. Instead, the service I received in person was the complete opposite. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because no customer should feel misled or uncomfortable when shopping for a vehicle.
