  Came Saturday morning to get oil change with my coupon lol. Had the pleasure working with Brayden. It was a great feeling to interact with a young person that was professional, informative, and courteous. My Saturday off great because of Brayden. I wish in the times we currently live in that we had more people with great customer service skills Thanks again

  I was pricing around to get my tires rotated, Valvoline was the best price. I'm not saying how much other places wanted. But thank you . And my oil change was excellent also.

  The young man approached my car, I thought he was going to ask me info, but no! He said "I'm sorry miss. We have a new policy. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by an adult." 😆 I'm a 66 year old great grandmother!

  I was in and out quicker than usual but thought nothing of it. I have a primary vehicle, so I only drove it about 10 miles. A week later I drove the car to the store and the engine light came on. I immediately took the car back home, and checked it out. My dipstick was bone dry and my car has NO LEAKS WHATSOEVER.

  Terrance and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, and made the overall experience smooth and simple, taking time to explain what my car needed now versus what could wait. As long as I'm in Columbus, OH I will be coming to this specific store for all my oil changes and other services that they provide.
