Shiann was incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable. She took great care of my vehicle and took the time to educate me on a few things regarding its maintenance.   The wait time at this place is absurdity, valvoline has lost my business. Take 5 has a new customer. Avoid this location.

  The service was really good I got out of there quick. I’d like to specifically give a shout-out to Dom. She was the only one there engaged while the others were standing on their phones. She did a great job on explaining services and explaining what she was doing.

  Went today to get a quick oil change. Ended up being there over 1hr without even getting the oil change. Terrance who I believe might be the manager was constantly shuffle cars around to different bays. The bay we were originally at, 2 cars after us got done while we were still waiting. He seemed to not have a clue what to do and what he was doing made zero sense and made thing SO bad. Her created such a back-up. We will never be back to this location.
