  I had a great experience. My tire was patched and put back on my car in under 30 minutes. One of my hub caps has been off of my tires for the longes. The guys showed me how I could order one and they even showed me how to install it once it arrives. I didn’t get their names but the two guys that helped me were really nice and helpful. Give them a raise. I will be back. Thank you bunches!

  Disappointed couldn't begin to describe! I had an appointment at 11am and got there a 10:50am. We had a TPM sensor replaced a few months ago and it went out and needed replaced. The worker came out and looked at our vehicle and was not so nice about putting his greasy hand on my steering wheel. Upon checking all the tires he found the one that was bad and we went inside. He looked in the computer and stated the one that was bad wasn't the one that was changed but I'm sure it was. He also continued to say he believed the tires had been rotated. We had just bought the vehicle in August and it had new tires on it so there was no need to rotate new tires. This man continually used a demeaning tone and argumentative verbiage. We agreed to his terms of if he takes it off and it's the original sensor we will pay for it, he then told us it will be another three hours before he can get to our vehicle after we had an appointment. Needless to say we left. I will never be back and don't recommend anyone else because even if they help you today they have proven to me that they will not stand by their work!

  Busy place,went in for a wheel alignment.everyone was friendly,got me in and out pretty fast,would definitely will go back.

  They lie about it they cant get it done in time. Staff are rude and have a lot of pissed off customers today. Got looked in the eyes and "I don't know why your looking at me, I don't have YOUR paperwork" like ok bud. Y'all are lucky this was the cheapest option.

  I had new tires on my vehicle last Saturday, April 11th, which I had an appointment. I made an appointment online. Well, it was over an hour before my vehicle was taken back for service. What good is it to schedule an appointment if the time is not going to be honored? This is unacceptable! Knowing I was in the lobby area waiting on my vehicle, my vehicle was completed and parked in the lot. I waited to see how long it would take for me to be told. 45 minutes later I got up and said something. Again unacceptable! If I had not said something, how long would I have waited? When I asked about the rebate for the tires I purchased, I was told it was for only certain tires. I was not told this when selecting tires. I had pointed out the printout I had mentioning the Rebate. I am totally unsatisfied with the service I received! I have been using Tire Discounters for over 35 years. Needless to say if something is not done to fix this I will not be using Tire Discounters again.
