I arrived early for my appointment but Michael got me quickly checked in and shared with me various options to replace my tires. I was given an approximate wait time for my service and directed to the wait lounge. During my wait I was given a bottled water and another member of the staff (Nate) offered me a slice of pizza during my wait. My car was serviced in a timely manner and all the employees I encountered were courteous and professional. My experience at Tire Discounters was one of the best I've had in quite some time.

He was very informative and kind. The other associate, i think his name was nate?....He was also very cool. I would trust this location again if needed.

This is because the technician who was only supposed to do an oil change and tire alignment made it seem as if my car was unsafe to drive and would cause a severe wreck even said "You dont want to look up what this can cause" if i didnt do the work that they wanted to do which they quoted me almost 2k for I have since going there to have my oil changed taken my vehicle to my primary mechanic who has quoted me 785 for all the work that needs done which isnt even half of what the technician here told me was needed when i take my vehicle in for an oil change i expect just an oil change not unwanted quotes and someone who tries to scare you into getting unnecessary work done.
