  Almost 2 hours total is unheard of for an oil change at any of your locations. Over an hour wait to get in because no one moved me over to a bay that didn’t need lug nuts for the vehicle in it. Nope just sat and waited to get in. Scanned me twice. Third time I was done. I approached the manager and she asked if I wanted to leave. That should’ve been my first clue. Now that I’m in the bay no one knows where the oil filter is on my vehicle. Great. I’ve only used ford for my oil changes since I got it. Now I’m worried something could happen to void my warranty. Almost 2 hours and I got a 20% discount. I’m thankful but doesn’t make up for lost time on or fuel. Been using valvoline for 20+ years. Guess I’ll pay the extra to use ford. Urg

  Mismanagement of the lines means one car can wait 10 mins while another waits over 45 this is insane I literally can't leave due to the way the lot is design

  First and foremost I really appreciate the Valvoline associates that work on Stringtown rd there. They were friendly kindly they help me with everything so kudos to them. I’m 100% will recommend them to anyone.!!! I forgot the names of the people who help me but they’re all friendly, etc.

  Well, 1. I was called "sir" by the young African American man that guided me into the service area. I am not a "sir" and corrected him. He replied, "Oh I'm sorry", but he had a very disrespectful expression (giggled) on his face like he said "sir" on purpose and it was for his entertainment. 2. He recorded my mileage incorrectly in the computer system as 144,323, when in actuality the mileage on my vehicle was 94,232. I didn't know it was an error until I got my receipt and when I advised "Taniya" of the error, she said she was not able to change it. This was the worst customer service I have ever received at a Valvoline and I know this is NOT THE NORM. This is why it is important that I report this. I will not return to this Valvoline.

  Worst experience ever! Everytime i come to this location on stringtown the wait is longer last time it was well over half hour this time it was 50 min not to mention the price just keeps going up i paid over 80$ and thats with a 25$ coupon and i only got the middle oil change not the best. They are way understaffed and way overpriced! Looks like i need to go hack to midas! I think it was about 45-50$ there just took longer but now that im sitting here over an hour whats really the difference.
