  Very friendly and helpful staff. Sent quote quickly after dropping my vehicle off and the electronic way to accept or deny each piece of work is very nice and helpful.

  Not a great experience. Went in for an oil change that we had an appointment for. Did not get the vehicle in until 30 minutes past the appointment time. They advertised a full synthetic oil change for $49.99 on the billboard out front but tried to charge us $74.95 plus shop fees. Then there was a technician sitting in the service bay the entire time smoking cigarettes. Overall, just not a pleasant experience at all.

  We had a great experience at Tuffy, getting our brakes replaced in the front and rear and an oil change. Cindy at the front desk was friendly, the price was nearly half of what another shop quoted us, and the shop let us pick up the car after closing time. We're very pleased with the quality of work too. We'll be back next time we're in town and in need of service on our car.

  I got a nail in my tire passing through Ohio on my way to a meeting for work. My team and I made it to Tuffy and were hoping to get a quick patch and be on our way. We met Cindy at Tuffy, and she took care of us. You could tell she had lots of experience in customer relations. She was patient and understanding to everyone we heard come in and out (and call). You can tell she’s a professional. The inspection of the car was thorough. Cindy explained why they were unable to patch the tire and actually took me into the shop room to show me the issues. When they couldn’t get us back on the road immediately, she helped us find a rental car company in nearby strip mall. In less than 24 hours, Tuffy / Cindy had 4 new tires delivered and installed at a fair, transparent, and competitive price.

  I would definitely come back to this specific location. Quality service and up front pricing with thorough explanation and suggestions. Funny thing is I have a Tuffy right down the street but would come back to this one which is 30 minutes away. I'm at Firestone right now but will be going there later today for a vehicle I'd liked looked over before buying which happens to be in their area.
