  My Wife and I arrived late in the afternoon (closer to 3pm) and our car was in major need of rear brake pads and rotors. Michael got us in for an inspection and then arranged for parts to be brought to their shop to immediately take care of our car. The service technician worked really quickly to take care of our car and got our brakes and rotors replaced. He test drove our car and made sure everything was good. Michael got us taken care of late in the day when his guys were already busy. They got us worked in and we made it home safe and sound with s car that once again has good brakes! Thank you Michael! And thank you TireDiscounters!

  I always have a great experience at the store I go to in Grove City, Ohio. The guys on Rt 665 are always friendly and they won't do a service that isn't needed. I thought I needed my brakes changed a long time ago but they advised me that I was fine. 2 oil changes later and I finally had to have them done. They could have easily did it and charged me for it then but they waited until I really needed it.

  Nicholas at Tire Discounters did a phenomenal job of taking care of our issue. We had a set of Cooper tires that the manufacturer was not helping with our dry rot issue. But Nicholas went to bat for us and was able to get a significant credit for us to purchase new tires for my daughter's vehicle. After my experience, I would highly recommend Tire Discounters on 665 for any tire needs. My family will be going there for future tire needs. I also would recommend avoiding Cooper tires as my daughter only had 25,000 miles and they had significant dry rot. We ended up purchasing General tires per Nicholas recommendation.

  Made an appointment for 2pm to get an oil change. Arrived early and signed in with a teenager giving attitude and seemingly annoyed he had to check me in. We confirm I’m dropping the car off and coming back to pick up, to which he replies “well we’ll try to get you in.” Lol in what world does that make sense? Why would I leave my car if you can’t get me in? Shitty service and shitty loud music from this place. Instead of oil, how about checking the attitude …bro Not to mention the mechanics were literally dancing around in the shop while working to this bad loud music. I’m all about a good time yet this was cringe esp after not being able to “fit me in” to the appointment i made . No apologies, no notifications or phone calls. embarrassing for you and a waste of time for me. We will definitely be moving our business account elsewhere.

  I couldn’t be happier!! Bought 4 new tires and rims and relied on Steve and his expertise. He listened to what I felt I needed but he steered me into a better choice while staying within my budget. He also convinced me that I would be happier with a different rim color and he was RIGHT. The compliments just keep coming day after day. Customer service was excellent and I was kept informed about the delays due to cross country shipping issues. Thank you for a seamless, non-stressful experience.
