  Great service! They explained e every step to me and answered all my questions. Camera calibration and all took about 1.5 hours.

  I had a little star chip in my windshield and this company came to” fix it” Well, it didn’t work now. I had a crack after they call themselves repairing it. I went back up to the shop and they said that happens ! I had also called the Customer Service line prior to going back up to the shop and they sent me a $40 check to me. It seems like some type of admission of guilt but we’re not gonna fix your whole windshield. And when I spoke to other people that had Their windshield repaired said theirs worked so I’m trying to figure out why mine didn’t work!! now. I have a big long crack that has spread across my windshield and I feel like I’ve been played because this company should’ve done a better job and everybody’s telling me that I got cheated and you should’ve just left the crack instead of letting them repair it if they’re not going to fix it correctly now I have to come out of my pocket for a deductible to get a whole new windshield and I’m a little upset about that!! I should’ve just left the Itty-bitty star crack and not let this company touch it and if it would’ve spread, it would’ve spread because it would eventually have done so anyway I feel like this company should take responsibility and at least pay half of the deductible or something..

  2 hours for a chip repair. No updates, just let me sit there as people came in after me and left before me. Was told 30/45 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend.

  Terrence was great. He was personable, proficient and did a wonderful job. He explained a few things to me about my replacement. He's a real asset to Safelite. I'll use them again!

  Scheduling service is a breeze using online tools. Appt time was met, early even. The technician was personable, knowledgeable and proficient. Would highly recommend to anyone!
