Safelite demonstrated it's worthiness once again. I used Safelite about 17 years ago, and the quality of the work as well as their their customer service are still something to applaud. Dr. Suber

SAFELITE IS NOT VERY "SAFE" AT LEAST WHEN IT COMES TO MY VEHICLE ... HOW CAN YOU NOT ONCE, BUT 2 X GIVE UR TECH THE WRONG GLASS EACH TIME?? NOW I AM STUCK, GOING INTO WEEK 2 WITH NO GLASS!! TAKING A CHANCE OF CAR BEING BROKEN INTO AGAIN!! AND NO I DIDNT LEAVE ANYTHING IN IT, DIDNT MATTER THEY BROKE THE GLASS ANYWAY!! SO THANKS, WILL DEF RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO EVERYYYYY ONE I KNOW!! CANT WASH MY CAR, CANT GO TO THE EVENT CAUSE MY WINDOW MISSING ... ISSING OUT ON STUFF CAUSE I SCARED TO LEAVE MY CAR OPEN TO THE PUVLIC TO SEE THIS NEWON PURPLE TAPE ALL AROUND MY WINDOW .. LIKE HERE I HAVE NO WINDOW!!

Josh (the front desk representative) was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the recalibration on the Subaru could not be completed because the previously installed replacement windshield was non-OEM. However, they allowed us to take the vehicle home the same day and simply asked us to return the following week. They promptly ordered a new OEM windshield, replaced it without any hassle, and successfully completed the recalibration. Overall, the entire process was handled smoothly and efficiently. It would be convenient 1) if they provided a loaner vehicle, since the car needed to be taken in store, 2) a phone number to speak to the representative for any inquiry, 3) ease of modifying appointment times.

I’ve used safelite for all windshield issues over the years and have always had a pleasant experience which is why I always return, however Terrence truly made this experience something that added genuine happiness to my day. Usually when needing to interact with costumer service there is an element of friction, there was none of that with Terrence. He was understanding, patient, and thoughtful. The world needs more people like Terrence. Safelite is lucky to have him and should do everything possible to ensure that he feels appreciated and supported so he can continue to be an outstanding representative of the company.
So I had two different experiences:
I broke my windshield and tried to get it replaced. The one location kept cancelling on me or rescheduling my appointment and then would get mad at me when I would tell them I need the time changed since I had work/class/etc.
About 2-3 weeks later I changed the location of my service and then it was awesome. The technician called me day of asking if he could come early due to finishing his other appointments early. He was understanding, and then fixed my windshield no problem.
My first experience was a 1/5, the second was a 5/5.
I would recommend Safelite again for the second location (the one above) but not the first.
