  Dangelo did a fantastic job of replacing my windshield while I was at work. He communicated excellently and took great care when removing and reinstalling accessories. 10 out of 10 service! Thank you!

  Made an appointment online for mobile service in Canal Winchester. They sent the technician to Marietta. Told me they messed up and can't honor my appointment. Tried to get me to drive my car to Urbancrest another day for the repair. Not to mention it takes 20 minutes of chatting with AI bots and them hanging up you before you finally figure out how to speak with a human. Will never try to use Safelite again. Do yourself a favor and use a small family-owned shop.

  Jonathan did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. He was very thorough and took care to protect my car and install the windshield properly. I have used Safelite several times over the years and have always been pleased with the service and quality.

  Quality experience with a professional staff. My windshield was fixed the same day as my appointment and everyone was very friendly that I spoke with.

  We selected the at-home service for my Toyota Camry to replace the windshield. The manager said he didn’t read our information and just thought it was the other car under our profile which is my husband’s car and they brought the wrong windshield. So that delayed the process by a week. Then another service person came and did half of the service and said because of the rain he couldn’t finish and we couldn’t move the car for a week because the glass had to temper. And also we’d need to take the car in to finish the service… so though Safelite’s commercials claim their services do not mess with your schedule, they indeed will mess with your schedule. I’m not sure why the tech started a service without letting us know we wouldn’t able to use the car for a whole week after.
